Dear OLQM Families,
Dr. and Mrs. G. Michael Kabot, owners of a private orthodontic practice, have offered to donate up to $200 to the Parents’ Association general fund, for each OLQM family member (child or adult) who receives full orthodontic treatment services through their office. Payment will be provided to the OLQM PA following full payment for contracted services.
